About the Winery
Kobler is a family wine estate in Magrè (Margreid), Alto Adige, on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, founded by Erich Kobler in the 1950s with the first vineyard planted in 1958. Since 2006, Armin Kobler and his wife Monika have been vinifying grapes from two hectares of their own vineyards, producing an average of 15,000 bottles of DOC wines per year from varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Carmenère, Cabernet Franc, and Gewürztraminer, with the remainder of their harvest going to Cantina Kurtatsch.
