Giovanni Poli is a family-run agricultural distillery and winery in Santa Massenza, Trentino, in the Valle dei Laghi, a village symbol of grappa with centuries of distillation tradition dating back to 1959. The Poli family produces wines from indigenous varieties such as Nosiola, Rebo, and Schiava, alongside their acclaimed grappas and spirits obtained using the traditional discontinuous method in a bain-marie according to the Tullio Zadra system, which guarantees slow distillation and high quality.
