About the Winery

Johann Erb, also known as Haidenhof, is a family winery located in Cermes (Tscherms), Alto Adige, where the Erb family resumed wine sales in 2006 after a 300-year pause, now producing approximately 15,000 bottles annually. The estate grows grapes on steep, silty soils at 450 meters above sea level in a Mediterranean-influenced climate, crafting eight labels including Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Merlot, Schiava, Pinot Nero, and Diva, known for their fruity and full-bodied character.
