DIPOLI is a small family winery located in Egna (Neumarkt) in the southern part of Alto Adige, Italy, established in 1987 with a focus on producing wines that express a deep sense of place. Founder Peter Dipoli is a pioneer of the region's independent winegrowers movement, specializing in Sauvignon Blanc on high hillside vineyards with dolomitic rock soils and Bordeaux varieties on lower sites, producing approximately 50,000 bottles annually from 7 hectares.
