Cesarini Sforza, now part of the Cavit group, is a historic Trentodoc sparkling wine producer in Trento, Trentino, crafting Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Avisiane Hills, in the Cembra Valley, and Valsugana. Acquired by Cavit in 2019, the brand strengthened the group's position in the sparkling wine segment alongside Altemasi, producing elegant Trentodoc wines with fine perlage and refined character.
