Cantina Valle Isarco is a cooperative winery in the Eisack Valley (Valle Isarco) in Alto Adige, northeastern Italy, specializing in white wines from high-altitude vineyards. The cooperative brings together growers from one of Italy's most northerly DOC zones, producing wines from varieties such as Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner, and Gewürztraminer that express the valley's steep terraced vineyards and Alpine climate.
