È jamu is a small wine estate in Loro Ciuffenna, in the Val d'Arno di Sopra area of Tuscany, founded by two people with no prior winemaking experience who embraced the challenge of starting anew—'ejamu' means 'let's start again' in Italian. The estate cultivates vines and produces wines that reflect the unique terroir of this lesser-known Tuscan valley, bringing fresh energy and passion to the region's winemaking tradition.
