About the Winery

Villanoviana is a certified organic winery in the heart of the Bolgheri DOC appellation near Castagneto Carducci, founded in 2008 by Marco Belli and Barbara Monacelli. The estate covers 9-11 hectares of vineyards planted at 6,000 vines per hectare, producing Bolgheri Superiore, Bolgheri Rosso, Bolgheri Vermentino, and IGT wines from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Vermentino using the unique Bokashi composting method and modern concrete fermentation tanks.
