About the Winery
Valle del Sole is a small, established boutique winery in the hills of Lucca, Tuscany, located in the hamlet of Cappella near the Via Francigena pilgrimage route. The 13-hectare estate follows organic and biodynamic principles, cultivating Sangiovese, Merlot, Vermentino, Chardonnay, and other varieties at approximately 100 meters above sea level, producing elegant IGT Toscana wines including whites, rosés, and reds that reflect the unique microclimate influenced by sea breezes and constant ventilation from the nearby Mediterranean coast.
