About the Winery

Valdonica is an organic winery and boutique vineyard residence located in the Maremma hills of southern Tuscany near Roccalbegna. Founded in 2009 when the first vineyards were planted on previously untouched land, the estate cultivates Sangiovese at elevations up to 1,500 feet—the highest in Maremma—producing award-winning wines through certified organic and biologic viticulture with a focus on biodiversity and minimal-intervention winemaking.
