Tregole

About the Winery

Tregole is a tiny 5.5-hectare family estate in Castellina in Chianti Classico, with origins dating back to 1003 AD when the property was first documented as a farm owned by a Lombard family. Today led by winemaker Sophie Conte, the estate crafts organic Chianti Classico, Riserva, and Gran Selezione wines from old Sangiovese vines planted at altitudes of 500-580 meters in soils of Galestro and Macigno, producing wines of elegance, minerality, and expressive character.
