About the Winery

Torcilacqua is a wine estate in Badia a Passignano, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, acquired by Matteo Mariotti in 2018 after years of working in the family business. The property extends on south and southwest-facing hillsides at 350 meters above sea level, cultivating Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon across 20-year-old vineyards to produce structured Chianti Classico wines.
