About the Winery

Terre a Mano is the Carmignano DOCG wine produced by Fattoria di Bacchereto, a biodynamic estate west of Prato owned by Rossella Bencini, who has practiced biodynamic farming since 2001. The wine is crafted from Sangiovese with Canaiolo Nero and Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented in cement with natural yeasts and aged 12-18 months in 350-liter Allier oak barrels, representing the long tradition of great blending reds from the Prato area.
