About the Winery
Torre alle Tolfe is a historic organic farm and winery near Siena, named after an 8th-century tower at its center, producing Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG wines and rare single-varietal expressions of Canaiolo, Colorino, and Ciliegiolo. The estate has been owned by the Castelli family since 1953 and practices regenerative farming and minimal-intervention winemaking on sandy soils rich in oyster fossils.
