Podere Il Palazzino is a historic estate in Monti in Chianti near Gaiole, spanning 20 hectares and owned by the Sderci family since the mid-1800s, now managed by Alessandro and his son Edoardo. Certified organic, the estate produces benchmark Chianti Classico wines including the flagship Gran Selezione 'Grosso Sanese' (100% Sangiovese) and 'Argenina,' along with a rare varietal Colorino 'Stagi' and acclaimed Vin Santo del Chianti Classico from vineyards rooted in galestro-rich calcareous soils at one of the highest points in Chianti Classico.
