About the Winery
Podere Conca is a small organic winery in the heart of the Bolgheri denomination near Castagneto Carducci, founded in 2015 by Silvia Cirri, Livio Aloisi, and Giovanni Gastel on a historic property with a distinctive stone farmhouse. Spanning 5 hectares of vineyards, the all-female team produces wines emphasizing finesse and freshness over opulence, including Agapanto Bolgheri DOC (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Ciliegiolo) and 196 IGT Toscana (pure Cabernet Sauvignon), using concrete tanks for fermentation and organic vineyard management.
