About the Winery

Pasolini Dall'Onda Borghese is a historic wine estate in Barberino Val d'Elsa, Tuscany, with over four hundred years of winemaking tradition across 420 hectares including over 25 hectares of vineyards. The estate produces Chianti, Chianti Classico, Vin Santo, and Tuscan IGT wines from indigenous varieties in historic cellars that may date back to Roman times, alongside extra virgin olive oil from 10,000 olive trees.
