About the Winery
La Croce (F.lli Zari) is a 110-hectare estate in Castellina in Chianti founded in the 1960s by brothers Dario and Mario Zari, now in its third generation, with 65 hectares of vineyards and 15 hectares of olive groves with 3,500 olive trees. The estate produces Chianti Classico DOCG (Vintage, Riserva, and Gran Selezione), Chianti DOCG, IGT wines, sparkling rosé, and Vinsanto del Chianti, maintaining its authentic Tuscan family character while combining historical practices with modern innovation.
