About the Winery
La Bolgherese is a winery founded in 2008 by Lisa Baccellini in Castagneto Carducci, on the Etruscan Coast of Toscana, spanning 13 hectares with half dedicated to vineyards. The estate produces Bolgheri DOC wines including 'Castello di Donoratico,' a historic label revived in collaboration with Count Gaddo della Gherardesca from the noble family that built fortresses in the area in the 12th century, along with the Brecciato Bolgheri Rosso.
