About the Winery
La Biagiola is a young artisanal winery in Sovana, in the heart of the Maremma Toscana, founded with the intention of producing high-quality wines that seek balance and harmony through low-intervention winemaking. The estate cultivates indigenous varieties including Sangiovese, Vermentino, Alicante, and Aleatico on volcanic soils rich in pumice and ash at 350 meters elevation, producing DOC Maremma Toscana wines with strong identity and distinctiveness.
