About the Winery

Giorgio Meletti Cavallari is a Bolgheri producer who took over the 350-meter-high Campo di Piastraia vineyard in 2002, having grown up at his father Piermario's pioneering Grattamacco estate. His wines include the Impronte blend of Cabernets with fresh briar intensity, crafted from the mineral-rich white clay and flysch soils of Bolgheri's hilltop terroir.
