About the Winery

Gagliole is a certified organic estate with 22 hectares of vineyards across three of Chianti Classico's top sub-zones: Castellina, the Conca d'Oro of Panzano, and the historic Badia a Passignano area. Owned by the Swiss Bär family since 1990 and now led by Andreas Bär, the estate produces acclaimed Chianti Classico DOCG and IGT wines from Sangiovese at its modern, high-tech winery in Panzano.
