About the Winery

Cupirosso is a boutique organic winery in the Maremma, located near Magliano in Toscana at the edge of the Uccellina National Park, founded by Irene de Gasparis and Christian Mouthuy. The estate focuses on native varieties including Sangiovese, Vermentino, Alicante, and Cabernet Franc, producing five certified organic wines that are low in sulfites and faithfully express the wild character of this coastal Tuscan terroir.
