About the Winery
Cortonesi is a native Montalcino family that has owned the La Mannella farm since the 1970s, producing acclaimed Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from 56 hectares including 19 acres of prime vineyards. Under third-generation winemaker Tommaso Cortonesi, the estate separately vinifies grapes from its north-side La Mannella vineyards and southeast-facing Poggiarelli plots to highlight the distinct characteristics of each terroir, resulting in wines of great finesse and immense aging potential.
