About the Winery

Castello del Trebbio is a historic Tuscan estate in Pontassieve, sitting between the Chianti Rufina and Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG zones, with a castle built by the Pazzi family in 1184. The Baj Macario family has owned the 350-hectare property since 1968, producing elegant, Sangiovese-dominant wines under the guidance of Anna Baj Macario and winemaker Stefano Casadei.
