Località Il Becco, 101/a, 53017 Radda In Chianti
About the Winery
Castello di Radda is located on the eastern hills overlooking the town of Radda in Chianti, in one of the coolest and highest-altitude subzones of Chianti Classico with an average elevation of 450 meters. Acquired by the Gussalli Beretta family in 2003 and guided by consulting winemaker Maurizio Castelli, the estate cultivates 45 hectares of vineyards primarily planted to Sangiovese along with some Merlot for their Super Tuscan 'GUSS,' producing wines from 17 distinct vineyard sites on calcareous clay soils that impart freshness and complexity.
