About the Winery

Casaloste is an organic winery in Panzano in Chianti, founded in 1992 by Giovanni Battista d'Orsi, a pioneer who established the first certified organic winery in Panzano in 1994. The 19-hectare estate, with 10.5 hectares of vineyards, produces Chianti Classico, Riserva, and Gran Selezione from Sangiovese with a splash of Merlot, crafting wines in the 'small winery of great wines' tradition with solar-powered energy and deep respect for the environment.
