About the Winery

Caparsa is an organic-certified estate in Radda in Chianti run by Paolo Cianferoni and his family since 1982, producing wines from Sangiovese grown at 450 meters above sea level on northeast-facing slopes. The estate is known for its rustic, vivid, and powerful Chianti Classico wines aged in cement and large Slavonian oak casks, with a focus on expressing the wild, wooded character of Radda's high-altitude terroir.
