About the Winery
Cantina del Testimone is a young winery in Montepulciano founded in 2022 by Francesco Goracci, continuing the viticultural knowledge passed down from his grandfather Idro. The estate produces Tuscan IGT wines from blends of Sangiovese Prugnolo, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, and Mammolo, along with extra virgin olive oil from Val d'Orcia olive groves, combining tradition with scientific innovation.
