About the Winery

Bertinga is a modern, estate-driven winery founded in 2015 in Gaiole in Chianti, one of the highest and most respected zones within Chianti Classico at elevations up to 800 meters. Spanning 16.4 organically farmed hectares across three historic crus, the estate produces refined Sangiovese and Merlot wines with consulting winemaker Stephane Derenoncourt, earning Gambero Rosso Best Emergent Producer in 2022.
