About the Winery

Borgo Macereto is an organic winery in Dicomano, between Mugello and Valdisieve near Florence, established in 2014 when the Foscarini family acquired the 20-hectare estate. Six hectares of vineyards are planted to Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, and aromatic white varieties including Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, producing Chianti Rufina DOCG and characterful IGT wines at approximately 25,000 bottles annually.
