Azienda Agricola Vallorsi is a family-owned winery founded in 1966 by Mario Bibbiani in Terricciola, along the Wine Road of the Pisan Hills. Now led by sons Sergio and Stefano Bibbiani, the estate produces high-quality red, white, and rosé wines that reflect the unique microclimate and soils of the Pisa hills, combined with agriturismo hospitality.
