About the Winery
Aldrovandi is the tiniest estate in the Bolgheri DOC, founded in 2014 by Federico Aldrovandi on just one hectare of vineyard in the Lippini area. Using the traditional alberello (bush-vine) growing method, the estate produces only 3,000 bottles of Bolgheri Superiore DOC exclusively in the best vintages, crafted from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot aged in Burgundy barriques.
