About the Winery
Tenuta di Aglaea is an organic estate on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Castiglione di Sicilia, owned and guided by Anne-Louise Mikkelsen, whose wines serve as 'messengers from Etna' reflecting the volcano's unique terroir. Named after the youngest of the Three Graces, the goddess of beauty and splendor, the winery crafts Etna DOC wines that express the dramatic elevation, volcanic soils, and ancient viticultural heritage of this extraordinary Sicilian landscape.
