About the Winery

Solidea is a family-run winery on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, founded by Giacomo D'Ancona to honor his wife Solidea and continue a family winemaking tradition dating to the early 1900s. The estate specializes in wines made from Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria), including Passito di Pantelleria and Moscato di Pantelleria, from 4 hectares of alberello-trained vines on volcanic and sandy soils.
