About the Winery
Giasira is a 130-hectare organic estate near Rosolini, Siracusa, between the UNESCO-listed towns of Noto and Modica at 180-250 meters above sea level. Founded by Giovanni Boroli in 2004, the winery cultivates native varieties including Nero d'Avola, Moscato, Grillo, Catarratto, and Nerello Mascalese alongside international grapes, with the estate featuring the stunning Cava Prainito canyon and producing wines of integrity and elegance.
