Fenech is a historic winery on the island of Salina in the Aeolian archipelago, with over two centuries of family winemaking tradition focused on Malvasia delle Lipari. Francesco Fenech cultivates 7 hectares of certified organic Malvasia vineyards, producing the island's famous sweet passito wine alongside Perciato Rosso, Perciato Bianco, and Grappa di Malvasia from the volcanic soils and unique microclimate of Salina.
