About the Winery
Ciro Benanti leads Filari della Rocca, a 15-hectare organic and biodynamic estate in Contessa Entellina, Palermo, between nature reserves and archaeological sites on the slopes of Rocca di Entella. Now in its third generation, the Benanti-Guarino family produces wines including Catarratto, Rosato di Nero d'Avola, Merlot, and Nero d'Avola with largely manual processes that preserve the fragrance and authenticity of their terroir.
