Ottoventi is a Sicilian winery near Trapani in northwestern Sicily, owned by the Mazzara family since 1645. Named after the 'eight winds' that blow from all directions on the coast, the estate covers approximately 40 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, producing organic wines from indigenous varieties including Grillo, Zibibbo, Catarratto, and Nero d'Avola, with a focus on quality and innovative character.
