About the Winery
Azienda Agricola Spuches Nunziata is a small, exclusive winery on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily, founded in 1958 by Vincenzo Treffiletti and Nunziata Spuches. Today managed by grandsons Valerio and Renzo Treffiletti, the estate cultivates less than three hectares of indigenous varieties including Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante, and Catarratto at 780 meters altitude, producing only around 4,000 bottles annually of Etna DOC wines.
