About the Winery

Fabio Signorelli is an oenologist and winemaker originally from Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, who has been producing Etna wines since 2016. His vineyards span approximately 2.5 hectares in Piedimonte Etneo on Etna's northeastern slopes, where he practices traditional and minimal viticulture on small mixed ancient sapling vineyards of Nerello Mascalese at altitudes ranging from 600 to 1000 meters.
