About the Winery
Udus is an organic winery located in Uta, southern Sardinia, whose name derives from the ancient designation of this small town in the lower Campidano near Cagliari. Spanning 10 hectares of vineyards on sandy-clay soils near the WWF-protected Monte Arcosu oasis, the estate cultivates indigenous varieties including Vermentino, Nuragus, Cannonau, Monica, and Moscato alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, producing low-sulfite wines that are a pure expression of the southern Sardinian terroir kissed by Mediterranean winds.
