About the Winery

Located in Luras in the Gallura region of northeastern Sardinia, Tenuta Muscazega is a historic winery dating back to the early 19th century that was transformed into its current form by owner Laura Carmina in 2006. Spanning approximately 40 hectares at 500 meters above sea level near Monte Limbara, the estate specializes in Vermentino di Gallura DOCG and uniquely produces Nebbiolo IGT wines from vines originally brought from Piedmont nearly two centuries ago, now perfectly adapted to the granite-rich Gallura terroir.
