Located in the Marmilla subregion near Sanluri, Su'Entu is a family winery founded by Salvatore Pilloni that spans 50 hectares with 32 under vine, pioneering the revival of this historically abandoned hilly territory. The estate produces approximately 300,000 bottles annually across eleven labels, with a particular focus on indigenous Bovale alongside Vermentino, Nasco, Moscato, Cannonau, Chardonnay, and Merlot, combining precision farming, sustainability, and biodiversity conservation in a true haven for native Sardinian grape varieties.
