About the Winery

Cantina Su Binariu is a family-run winery in Sorgono, in the heart of the Mandrolisai region of central Sardinia, owned and operated by three brothers Giuseppe, Pier Paolo, and Ottavio Zedde. Named after the historic railway line that borders its approximately 5 hectares of vineyards, the estate produces Mandrolisai DOC wines from native grapes including Bovale Sardo, Cannonau, and Monica, crafting about 30,000 bottles annually that express the unique granitic terroir of this historically vine-growing territory at 700 meters above sea level.
