About the Winery

Pala is one of Sardinia's oldest family-owned wineries, founded in 1950 by Salvatore Pala in Serdiana, a few miles from Cagliari in southern Sardinia. Now under the ownership of Lia Tolaini, the estate cultivates eight distinct single vineyard sites across limestone hills near Serdiana and white sandy coastal soils in the Oristano area, producing wines from indigenous varieties Vermentino, Cannonau, Nuragus, Monica, Bovale, and Malvasia Sarda with a commitment to sustainable lutte raisonnée practices.
