Olianas

About the Winery

Olianas is a pioneering estate founded in 2000 in Gergei, in the Sarcidano region of central Sardinia, from the partnership between the Olianas family and winemaker Stefano Casadei. Spanning 30-32 hectares devoted entirely to native Sardinian varieties, the estate is Italy's first certified BioIntegrale winery, using terracotta amphorae for fermentation and farming indigenous grapes including Cannonau, Vermentino, Bovale, Carignano, Malvasia, Nasco, and Semidano with holistic sustainability practices.
