Gostolai is a family winery in Oliena, in the Baronia region of central Sardinia, crafting wines from indigenous varieties Cannonau and Arvesiniadu with a focus on tradition and minimal intervention. The estate employs organic practices and temperature-controlled fermentation to produce DOC Cannonau di Sardegna reds of remarkable depth and an elegant white from the rare Arvesiniadu grape.
