About the Winery

Francesco Fiori is an artisanal winemaker in Usini, northwestern Sardinia, who officially founded his estate in 1996 to cultivate exclusively indigenous grape varieties. Working three hectares of vines planted by his father in the 1950s, Fiori specializes in Cagnulari, considered one of the finest producers of this rare grape, alongside Vermentino and Cannonau from the Usini terroir.
