Cantina Sociale Di Monserrato, also known as Cantine Pauli's, is a historic cooperative winery founded on July 6, 1924 in Monserrato, near Cagliari in southern Sardinia. Celebrating its centenary in 2024, the cooperative has been a cornerstone of Sardinian winemaking for 100 years, producing wines that reflect the Campidano terroir.
